The location was perfect. It was a backpacker type hotel with a shared shower/bath. Very clean and perfect for two nights in New Castle.

very close to transport with access to trains, buses and light rail. it was very affordable. it was very clean. the shared bathroom was just across the hall from my room and it was very clean. the hotel bar and restaurant was excellent. the staff were friendly. the Karaoke downstairs was fun and the sound did not filter upstairs at all.

I came on the day. Found this place at 8pm The staff were really busy but still found time to be really helpful. The rooms were cleanly had coffee and shampoo etc For an on the day find on a budget very happy

The staff assisted in a day faculty situation. The parking was easy and secure. The beds were comfy and clean, as was the room.

It’s cheap accommodation above the pub with car parking on site. It wasn’t noisy in the rooms. It’s an older style pub, so it’s not 5 star accommodation, but it’s clean, the beds are comfy and we felt safe. The staff were friendly. It’s value for money and a great place to stay if you are going out in Hamilton. It’s right in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay again.

Location, staff, food, train station right across the road, staff are highly vigilant and responsive. This hotel serves its customers well, and anyone who needs an early departure for Sydney by rail won't have any problems with that, as Hamilton station is the main east/west north/south rail Junction in this part of the state.
