We arrived 90 minutes early for checking in . Got charged 10 pounds for some reason. Thought it was unreasonable as the room was ready when we arrived. All round, though, the staff were great .

Very clean. Problems with lighting in the room. No disabled parking near entrance to hotel and lift out of order - so not disability friendly. Restaurant prices reasonable but the food was barely edible - otherwise would have scored 10 out of 10.

Good beds and room. Very quiet - we were in the room just in front of the main door and I was worried it would be noisy, but not at all. Great breakfast.

First time we have used a Hampton by Hilton Hotel, and it will not be the last. Great value for the money, lovely and clean, great staff. Only one unimportant downer, we went for breakfast when it was a bit busy and they had run out of cereal bowls and knives, but the staff sorted it ASAP.

Our stay was comfortable and the food was good.. The staff were pleasant and helpful and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.
