A good location, around 10 minutes walk from the bus/train station at Hamilton Central and around 15 minutes from supermarkets at Hamilton West (plus other local shops close by). Friendly host, comfy bed & thick duvet.

This is a small, comfortable house, easy to find a short walk from Hamilton Central railway station. The prices are very good and the landlady is nice. There's no integral wifi but there is public wifi which you can sign up for.

Suited me in many aspects, location ,value, facilities and friendliness. I appreciated my hosts informative and willingness to help me regarding the area and location of amenities in the immediate vicinity. All in all a relaxing, stress free visit. TV reception not good but not a big problem due to it being a relatively short visit.

Great welcome and lovely dog, very homely feeling. The central heating wasn’t working during my stay which the owner communicated and supplied extra heater so no problem.

Host very welcoming including the dog! Location perfect for my needs. Free onsite parking. Huge room with dual aspect windows. 2 x single beds. Private bathroom had a great warm shower. 100% worth the price tag. Will definitely stay again
