The location was amazing - a safe walk to town. The gym was well equipped. The fitness classes were superb. The spa treatments were excellent. The concierge Dennis was exceptional. The lobby restaurant Crown and Anchor had a lovely outdoor seating area with great food. The art collection was the icing on the cake! The people who answer the phone for in room dining were so well trained and warm and professional. The doormen were always welcoming. I liked getting water every day. Having a take-out restaurant was very convenient.

Facilities are great - especially when travelling with young children. The staff are very attentive and really go the extra mile. We have been coming back every year for the last four years and will continue to!
