Really great apartment - good size, well-equipped, really nice quiet location near Alster Lake but also only twenty minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof, or five mins to the nearest underground station. Extra coffee pods, tea bags, cleaning materials etc. available as you need them 👍

I like the position of it in Hamburg We was in the basement which was peaceful and ok but our last stay higher up the building was preferable

The size of the suite is good and the kitchenette is well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom has heated floor. It was slightly chilly in the main room so having the heater in it could be helpful. There is a laundry in the basement which is perfect. The lady from reception was so friendly and helpful and the location of the apartment is good - about 8 minutes by foot from the metro station and with cozy Cafe around the corner.

Our apartement was quite spacious, clean, and bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious, the bed was quite big for 2 of us and fortunatelly it didn't creaked. A family with a baby got the apartment next door, we saw their baby carriege on the corridor when we arrived. We were afraid of the baby would cry loudly, but the sound-proofing was perfect, we heard nothing. Bravo! We had a view to Hamburg on level 6, it was also great. We didn't make a breakfast by ourselves, but found some good places nearby the building to have it. We used the public transport, we had to walk just 7 min to closest underground station. What can I say? We really loved to spend four nights there. We would book there again next time.

The staff was very polite during check-in and provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a few days' stay, including a fully stocked kitchen. On the same floor, there is also a room where you can get any necessary supplies, such as extra towels if needed. The temperature in the apartment was comfortable, even though it was relatively cold outside. The cleanliness was well maintained. The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from public transportation (U1 and U3 lines), and there is a bakery, a café, and two restaurants nearby.

Clean, simple, spacious. Small kitchen area and lounge. The 360 rotating TV was great!!
