I Booked for a mixed dorm for the one night, I arrived really early and didn’t expect to be allowed to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and let me check in early and moved me to a female dormitory out of kindness. Thank you very much, I enjoyed Hamburg twice as much because of you guys

Excellent location right next to the underground station, supermarkets and shops very close by - I know some others commented on the area not feeling particularly safe, I personally had no issues with it (I travelled alone / at night). The staff were helpful with any questions I had and were available when I needed them.

Good vibes, this place makes me remember my old days in Hostels, but just a bit too dirty. Friendly Staff though. For one night was ok
