Great starting point for exploring the "Speicherstadt". Spacious lobby and bright comfortable sitting area with a terrace overlooking the canal near the bar/Cafe. Comfortable, clean rooms.

This is a great hotel for children. Our son loved the play areas and the big lobby sofas. The breakfast was nice, maybe not great but quiet good compared to other hotels. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough and the toilet is really clean. The parking is very easy to find, with direct elevator and enough spaces even if the hotel is full. Overall it was a very good stay.

Breakfast was exceptional! And I've seen some hotels! Perfect location for my purpose! U-bahn station 50 meters from the door! Super-helpful staff. Fine room. Good shower. Generous check-out hour. Lots of happy families around.
