This was my second visit to Hamburg, and both during my previous trip and this one, I stayed at this hotel. In the review I wrote before, I mentioned that the breakfast was delicious—and it still is. On the last day of our stay, there was a fireworks event nearby, and watching the fireworks from our room was absolutely fantastic. Although this hotel is slightly away from the city centre, it’s located right in front of a beautiful park, which was wonderful. My mother and I took a walk in the park every day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Clean Room, which was upgraded. Coffee and Tea in the room. Extra bottled water was there for free, which is much appreciated. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was spacy. 12th floor view was spectacular.

Hotel: location is great if you arrive by car: you can park it in the spacious underground garage for additional 16€ a day, and proceed towards the city center on foot, avoiding the traffic. It will take you around 25 min to get there. Nearby neighborhood is pretty cosy as well with bars and places to eat. The botanical garden is nearby and so is the amusement park. Friendly staff at the 24-hour desk with a sense of humor so you feel welcome. A solid breakfast buffet with a wide variation of foods and beverages. Room: we stayed on one of the higher floors, so it had a 'million dollar' view over the Hamburg city center. Besides that a very decent German standard: tidy and modern, with Nespresso-like coffee machine and minibar/fridge.
