Truly exceptional experience. Studio Deluxe was very well equipped, with 2 bathrooms. Super clean. Extremely friendly and attentive, professional Reception. Amazing location.

I was not sure what to expect but the property was fantastic. Each room had brilliant facilities, and comfortable bed and living space. We stayed here as a family and the hotel put our two rooms together so we could easily just walk to the next room. We only stayed one night but the apartments were amazing and had we stayed longer we definitely could have used the kitchen etc. The staff were so lovely and friendly.

The location was perfect, you can go to the center and the port by walking. At the same time, it is very close to the S-bahn high-speed train line and the U-bahn metro line can also be reached. You can drink free water, tea and coffee during the day. We went in January but the heating was good and hot water was fine.

Everything in the hotel was fabulous. The staff, location, cleanless, coffee,bed,shower, mini kitchen were all fantastic. I have lefgt my ebook in the room and the manager immediately send it back to my address with DHL!!!!! Thanks for everything
