Great location as it’s near the station and the staff were very friendly. Only downside is that there was no mini-bar in the room, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no phone either so if I had to contact reception I would have to go down each time. For a modern hotel to not have those things is a big letdown.

Spacious enough even if I booked a single room, especially the bathroom has enough space unlike other single rooms i booked in other hotels before. Conveniently located at HBF Nord but HBF Sud is not so far away (3-5 mins walk depending on your pace)

Great staff, very friendly. Perfect location 2 minutes from the train station. Very clean, lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Loads of plug sockets. Sparkling water in the room each night.

The room is not so big but is great. Quiet place. The decoration is goods I really enjoyed the location and the hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the central railway station and many of the city attractions. The hotel was very clean and cosy. We did here any sounds from outside or from neighbours. We had enough towels in the bathroom, they were clean. The breakfast war fine, not many dishes to choose from, but one could eat enough. And finally... We met a lady working at the hotel. She is Ukrainian as we are. And she was so nice and friendly, like I met a very close friend! Thank you, dear! People like you make me feel so happy!
