Very close to the train station and many eating Places and immigrant shops . The room is clean n the breakfast is excellent! Nice Indian Restaurant beside.

Very friendly staff and overall a decent experience. I had a room under the roof which was clean and functional with a wardrobe and adequately sized bathroom. Breakfast was also a small but nice buffet. The central location was a big plus for me

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast included with two rooms for eating. Lots of space. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good size , very clean bathroom. A short walk to the Hbf. Very central for public transport

We stayed for 2 days in Hamburg and we were really surprised by the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The apartments in Hamburg are very expensive, so it was a luck to find such a good hotel for a pretty cheap price. I’ve read feedback from other guests that the area is not safe, but I can’t say so. In Hamburg live a lot of migrants, but this fact doesn’t make the city unsafe for citizens and tourists. The location is brilliant, very close to the center. The room is spacious too. We enjoyed our stay. So location, room, cleanliness, breakfast, hotel workers, everything was perfect!

The room was clean, toiletries were provided. There was a working TV and staff provided a fan upon request. I was able to borrow an iron. Staff were really helpful. I hurt my ankle during my time in Hamburg, and they lent me icepacks so I could ice the injury. The breakfast was a typical German breakfast of bread rolls, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs, coffee and tea.
