A lovely Art Deco hotel. We were in room 525 on the 5th floor. The room, while small was quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. Lovely walk in shower....great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We could also open a window to allow fresh air into the room which is always well received. Walking distance to all the local gay bars and clubs, restaurants and cafes. Located directly opposite Hamburg Central Station so very easy to find.

Perfect, the location is very good, unless the fact that is near to train station and in the evening/night is full of homeless/drunk people

The staff were so friendly, the breakfast excellent, and we particularly liked the 1910 bar.

Really spacious family room and comfortable bed. Eventhough the location is in front of busy area, the soundproof in the room was really good - we barely hear anything :) Breakfast was also very nice, eventough it was the same buffet menu for 3 days, but I really liked that they offer warm buffet including eggs 'live cooking'. Nice filter coffee too. We were there during weekend but though there were many people it did not feel crowded, maybe because the seat is quite spread and due to high ceiling. All in all, I really recommend this hotel esp. for family, even better if you are traveling with train. PS. there are also many good restaurants in the area.

Great location, close to central station just across the road. Taxis outside station, within walking distance to Christmas market and great shopping area. Breakfast was great value, hot and cold buffet, amazing coffee machines serving a frothy hot chocolate to die for. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Great location and really welcoming! Marking down for comfort as there were no firm pillows available and the hot water ran warm.
