The hotel had very kind staff and excellent service. We asked the staff to change the bedspread during the day because it had gotten dirty, and they did it quickly.

Good value for money, a bit aged facilities, but renovated rooms. Felt a bit like a hostel for adults. But for us it had all we needed for one night in Hamburg

Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and the overall vibe in the hotel was peaceful. The location was also very accessible using the metro/underground system
