the staff is professional and friendly. i was late for checking, very tired, the lady (Stella Pavlova) made all for 2 minutes and i got the key - really great👍 i like rhe bed, bathroom was clean and nice

Lovely friendly feel, lots of space to sit downstairs and relax. The rooms were light and airy with plenty of space. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful and hot. Good choice at breakfast with plenty of seating. Staff told us about the public bus routes and we used the transport system throughout our stay.

Staff were very pleasant. Room from what I remember had everything you needed. Bed was comfy. In a quiet area so no problems with sleeping.

Good location, easy to reach from the highway. Has its own garage (extra fee, but worth the money). Very friendly staff, and a 24h reception.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All members of staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location worked well for us, a taxi into central Hamburg was around €12.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, the free breakfast offered because it was my birthday was very thoughtful :) I really liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed and the room also was very quiet. I also very much appreciated the mini bar and the individual air conditioning.

The hotel and rooms were nice and modern but in a cozy way. My room was big and the bathroom was very nice. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Love check out at noon, so stress free.
