Location is very good, just few minutes from line U2 metro. Breakfast was good, staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Swimming facility is on-demand (included in price), opens with apartment key. All facilities are handicap friendly.

Very welcoming, from decoration at entrance up to the staff. Outside, right in front of the main entrance is a little constructed lake area. The appartement was 1 bedroom for 2, livingroom with couch with double bed function (comfortable). Spacious bathroom (wheelchair accessible), kitchen (equipment can be booked for 6,- €, we didn’t need it). The stair cases are all covered with red carpets and lilies design. Sauna and Swimming pool area in basement are nice and clean! Lockers and towels available. We liked the combined use of the building as an elderly people appartment residence and hotel. Truely a new living idea. Very nicely executed hospitality in all means. Location is right next to the Hagenbeck’s Tierpark, NDR, TÜV Rheinland,… as well as the U2 station. 23 min to the main station Hamburg. Very convenient location for private and business trips. Parking is possible for free outside, or for a fee in the parking garage.
