Location was very convenient. At the top of the Reeperbahn but not too noisy and very close to St Pauli station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We liked the lady in the reception. She had a smiling face. We came to the hotel very early. She provided us breakfast and coffee on our tiring morning before check-in. She was really kind...we liked her attitude towards us. We also liked the location of the hotel. The room was big. İt was clean

The reception staff, both morning & evening staff, were very helpful. I had forgot an adaptor to charge my phone but the staff let me borrow one for a day. Location was good, only a 20min walk to Hamburg SMM exhibition which was the purpose of my visit.

Location good for transport, visiting Dom Bunker etc. At end of Reeprbahn so quieter. Value for money stay with good breakfast. Like a 1970s sitcom room, but clean and pleasant staff.
