On the bright side, the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast, though a bit pricey, was of good quality and included plenty of options. The room was spacious and had a lovely view, even though it wasn’t a river view. Overall, the room was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay.

Nice room in the Tower next to the main building. I had dinner in the restaurant and it has been a long time since I had such excellent service. Attentive without being overbearing and super knowledgeable about the dishes and wines. Breakfast was also good but I am a light eater in the morning so I am probably not the best to judge this.

Very nice restaurant with a tasty food, tower bar has a beautiful view. Interior of the main building is just amazing. Super friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting above the Landensbrucke in St Pauli, overlooking the river Elbe, warm comfortable and very cosy beds great views from room windows. Breakfast very nice with lots of choice. Very pleasant bar just off reception, ideal for a nightcap before bed. Literally five stops on the 'U bahn' to the Main station and city center.

Quality of the hotel is one of the best in Hamburg. It is close to harbor, city sightseeing tour buses/ferries and not far from the center. The menu and view of the hotel restaurant is great, even it is a bit expensive, worth trying for dinner.

Spacy reataurant tables. Close to Ubahn and port. Room was comfy. Great food in the hotel restaurant. Teally good. Coctails in the tower bar are sperb.
