Slightly older hotel, but with renovated, modern rooms in a very nice single room, everything practical is available, shower, toilet, small desk and a very large and very comfortable bed. New towels & cleaning & checking every day upon request. The staff at reception always helps and tries to find individual solutions to problems. The central location was absolutely excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Hamburg Central Station.

The place is nice overall ... absolutely perfect location, the stuff is nice, rooms are not huuge, but if you use the place only for sleeping its perfect, only minus is there is no ventilation in the bathroom ... so it was a bit smelly when we arrived, however there is a window in the room so ... you can deal with it. Overall a good stay.

Great location, great staff very knowledgeable about the area and super helpful. Great hotel with clean rooms and great heating. Super near the metro and train stations so easy to travel and get back. Safe area felt fine and safe walking to hotel at night from station.

Accessible to the main city of hamburg. very close to Hauptbahnhof. Our stay was great.
