The location was great for visiting the opera house, the hotel had lots of character and the room, overlooking a large courtyard, was wonderfully quiet.

Great location! The hotel is situated close to one of the lakes and within walking distance of the centre. The room was very comfortable and cosy. We also spent a lovely evening at the hotel bar, which had a relaxed vibe.

Be carefoul doing the check out!¡ t is a good hotel but they have problems with the bookings and charged me the amount of my room twice. I havent recovered my money yet.

The hotel is really classy, with historical background. It is located in the great part of the city near the lake, shops and walking area. The rooms are very clean. It's even more beautiful than in photo's.

Good location close to the station and the lake in central Hamburg. The room was spacious and relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, had everything including a shower with good pressure.

Excellent location with super friendly staff. Was easy to access lots of sites via walking or by using the free transport card provided by the hotel. Only a 50m walk to Stephanplatz station meant easy access to the whole city and the airport. Breakfast was excellent, and we also really liked the lobby area with with bar and fireplace. Would definitely stay again.
