Location perfect for getting early trains from Hbf. Room decent size, reasonably quiet.

I loved the quirky touches, the comfortable rooms and the relaxed atmosphere. The nice Christmas decorations gave a nice look to the lobby and the dining room too. The staff were all very helpful and cheery too which helps visitors feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, family and visitors.

Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast (traditional, German) was freshly prepared to order. Staff pleasant and friendly. Reasonably priced for this standard. Close to the Central station in Hamburg, so very easy to get around (and to the airport).

Really friendly hotel and very comfortable, great location close to main station. The owner was most attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and really good value for money. Highly recommended!
