Fantastic location, close to the airport but also on a bus route. Excellent bar and restaurant, with some superb food to try out. The bedroom was amazing too, with an incredible shower and unbelievable soundproofing - as I did not hear a single plane during my stay!

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic and all spoke English which was great since I don't speak German. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly exceptional and went out of their way to entertain my 4 year old daughter - thank you so much! The complimentary hotel shuttle was the best part - used it throughout our stay to pick and drop from the airport so we could catch the direct train into the city center. The swimming pool is small but really cute and clean - was a bit cold though. We didn't get to see everything we wanted during our short so we'll be returning to Hamburg and will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Great breakfast, super comfy beds. Lovely staff. Beautiful hotel - tasteful, quiet, comfortable. Super convenient location. We love being here. We have stayed here 3 times now and we will be back.

Very good location, free pickup from airport, very quiet, very clean and tasteful, very comfortable beds and great shower. Very good service, friendly staff. We’ll be back.

Hotel is quite and comfortable even near the airport and within walking distance. Breakfast was really good and the dinners were of high quality.

The location is perfect for being close to the airport with a regular shuttle that brings you to the terminal door. The hotel's gym is great with both weight and cardio equipment
