Great location very close to the airport and a short walk to bus/metro to get into the city centre. Staff were friendly and it was great value for money.

A good experience, most things worked very well. Breakfast was good, although nothing special. The bed and pillows were perfect for my taste, I slept very well. Excellent location (walking distance to the airport and the places I needed to go) and with OK public transport to the city centre.

The check in and check out was really fast. They took into consideration my petitions and I really appreciate it! Overall it was clean but they did not do cleaning every day. I am not sure if I have to ask for it or they should do it every day like the rest of the hotels. For 1 or 2 nights or is ok.

the location is very good for the purpose of my business trip and easily accessible from the terminals. Bed and shower were good in the room. handy way to access the room is via a code.

Close to airport good hotel to stay when you have an early flight. Either 20 minutes walk or 3-5 minutes drive to get to the Hamburg airport.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms were great. Had good facilities in the room such as a tv, hair dryer and great shower.
