The Hotel is very close to the Alster and very easy reachable for Public Transport. On the Lange Reihe street, again very close by there is a very good supermarket and lots of restarants.

Superb location in just a walking distance from the central station and all Christmas markets. The breakfast was very good with friendly efficient staff. Very comfortable sauna and room.

I booked this for our last night in Hamburg as it was very close to the train station. I liked the fact that I could open the bedroom window for air. I checked out of a very large hotel because it was very stuffy and I couldn't open the bedroom window. There was a bottle of wine in our room when we arrived which was a very nice surprise. I liked that the breakfast was included with the price of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also walking distance to nice restaurants.

The location is wonderful - just 1/2 a block from the water in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to central rail station too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After I checked out, they held my backpack for safekeeping while I was out all day and I really appreciated that. The breakfast buffet was excellent and unexpectedly great for the size of the hotel. Carina, the restaurant downstairs, was spectacular - highly recommend it.

The staff was especially helpful in making sure I was aware of everything. The showers are lovely and the rooms are nice and tidied with good amenities like an AC and heated towel rack and coffee machine. It is also very conveniently located 10 mins walk from the train station.

It is situated quite in the city center and one can make a nice walk around. The staff was very nice and helpful, I asked if we could get some sort of small cake because on the next day was my husband’s birthday and I wanted to make a small surprise in the morning - at the breakfast they got us a small cake with a candle which took my husband by surprise and it was really nice of them. The breakfast was really varied and tasty
