Very nice classic room with unique wall art, and cozy furniture. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the Main Station in a nice neighborhood. I also liked that a bottle of sparkling water was offered in the room.

Very good value for money, compared to some of the ridiculous prices of other hotels in Hamburg. Very handy location and a very nice breakfast.

I really loved the staff - friendly, cordial and welcoming. They had no problems with our chaotic schedule (we arrive at 20:00, later we will be there at 10:00 - could we check-in earlier). Absolutely we were pain in the neck tourists but Linda and George, whom with we had contact, with a big smile and kindness did their best to make our stay perfect. I also liked the location. Although it's St. Georg (rather not the best district of Hamburg), Alpha Hotel was a quiet, calm and peaceful place where we could have rested. I recommend this place to everyone who does not intend to pay hundreds of € for stay in Hamburg. With pleasure I will return to Alpha again.

The location from Hamburger Hof is great. I had a cute little single room. Very quiet. Breakfast is great. The staff is so friendly!

Alpha Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the central train station. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast at €12 extra is quite good.

The check-in was possible quite early. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice bed linens. Do not expect modern chic, rather an old fashioned hotel, in a good sense. The receptionist, the cleaning lady, the owner were all very nice and friendly. I asked for hot water, they provided me with a kettle, it was a very nice addition. I will certainly come back.
