Lovely comfortable and clean room, good shower and hot drinks facilities. The breakfast was very good. We also had a packed lunch which was great. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Hosts are friendly and helpful. Great selection of breakfast options, including eggs from the resident ducks. Lawn kept immaculate by Marvins tireless vigil. Except he keeps knocking over the driveway lights (haha)

We really enjoyed staying with Ed and Lydia and the location worked perfectly for us. It was so near to Hadrian's Wall There was a bus stop just outside for the AD122 bus that goes along the wall to other locations (go out of the drive and a few yards to the left). The Milecastle Inn across the road was really great for drinks and food.
