According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, guests are required to present their photo identification, passport or birth certificate of every passenger upon check-in.Guests are responsible for self-checking room furnishing and facilities, food/drinks in minibar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the Hotel.For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in.Guests may experience disturbances and noises from 09:00 until 16:00 at Bay View Restaurant. The property apologises for any inconvenience caused.Kindly present children's birth certificate(s) upon check-in. If children's birth certificates are not provided, their age will be converted based on their height.Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.Room rates on [31 December 2022] not include a gala dinner. Compulsory Gala Dinner on [31 December 2022] at additional charge at 1.600.000 VND/ adult (above 12 years old) and 800.000 VND/child (4 - 12 years old) that collected at property

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were impressed with everything. The staff were brilliant, especially in the restaurant over looking the sea in the evening. We had some incredible food and enjoyed the spa.

Everything, the VIN Pearl Hanoi was one the very best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The building and grounds, staff and food was beyond our expectations. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were beautiful although we didn’t used them, it was too cold. The restaurants and food variety were exceptional, so much choice cooked to perfection. I can’t praise and recommend this hotel enough, everyone going to Hanoi must treat yourselves to pure luxury.

We stayed in the king size room overlooking the bay, the room was spacious and clean,the towels were changed every day and the bed was comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel and the gardens are amazing due to the staff that are working on them all day everyday. There are a lot of events at the hotel which can make it very busy at times.
