Panoramic views from our room were amazing with floor to ceiling windows. Room was spacious with a giant comfortable bed (two twins pushed together but you couldn’t tell). (We stayed in the deluxe double with sea view). Everything was clean, robes and nice towels provided with good shower pressure. Staff were all very friendly but they did not have any information on tours, so best to go to a booking office. We were able to rent a scooter for the day. Rooftop pool is gorgeous.

I just returned from a great stay at Thai Ha Boutique Hotel in Ha Long, and I can't recommend it enough! The price is definitely worth it for the quality you get. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. My room was not only clean but also felt brand new, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely tell my friends to stay here when they visit Ha Long!

When booking our trip we thought this city would be busy, on closer inspection it’s a ghost town in saying that I believe this hotel had the perfect location from the beach and great restaurants! The room sizes were great and wifi worked fantastic for us. I liked that we were put on the same floor as our group. Loved the eggs at breakfast and the lovely lady who spoke to us, she’s a gem and makes such a great effort getting to know guests. The lady receptionist was helpful with booking our transfer which was awesome!
