We booked 6 rooms, all were excellent, we were put as close as possible together, bed was great. The breakfast was 1 the the best breakfast we had.

Clean, comfortable room. Decent location to get to port but not too much going on. Staff very happy to help and wifi was great for my work calls which they let me do in the dining room late at night.

The bedroom (junior suite) was very spacious. Lovely decor. Walking distance from bars/restaurants and the beach.

I booked one night, and my experience was amazing. From the food to the support, including the boat services, everything was great. They also offer a motorcycle rental service, which is convenient for sightseeing. If anyone has laundry, there's no need to worry as they will take care of it as well.

They also offer motorcycle rentals, which was very convenient for the two of us to explore Ha Long. The room I booked had a balcony and was very clean. I particularly enjoyed the pool. The place is quiet and centrally located.

Room was quite big, very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, fridge, TV, desk etc. It even had a little balcony you could go out onto. Buffet breakfast was nice, not too many vegetarian options but there was lots of bread so that was good. Reception staff were very friendly. Close to some nice restaurants and sightseeing activities - highly recommend the cable car at night to see the city from below.
