Very clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff,unfortunately we came in low season and very quiet.pool was out of order also but that was due to storm damage.sea view suite was magnificent and view incredible

Great breakfast, lots of options and variety. The room was comfortable, decent shower and had a fantastic view of Ha Long Bay.
