• Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11AM on check in date will not be boarded.

• Latest check-in time is at 12:00 at noon but will incur additional charges.
• Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings.
• The rates do not include transfer, hotel accommodation, visa arrangement, kayaking, spa and massage services, beverages, etc. Please contact the property for more information.
• Infant under 4 years old stays for free if using existing bedding. Maximum infants allowed per room is 1.
• Baby cot is available at an additional charge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. The food and cooking school were a highlight- you won’t go hungry. We loved the scenery, lime stone karsts a bucket list, Sun Sot cave an absolute must. Great for families - we would highly recommend this cruise to other families

We got upgraded to the Paradise Elegance. Amazing experience, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, it was an excuse to relax and indulge. The food was great and in great quanitity, and it was nice to have a balcony and deck to watch the sunset from. The activities were mostly fun, the initerary can be found on their website.
