The fine print
A 48-hour advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Refund policies are to communicate directly with the property.Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise at least 7 days before departure.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Room and view were amazing. Bed very comfortable. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. The boat was quiet and made it easy to sleep. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Binh was an excellent guide. The activities were good, well organised and we felt safe.

We had a marvelous experience at Unicharm cruise 3 days ago/ 2 nights. The staff is extremely friendly and you are located at the more quiet Lan Ha Bay, even as beautiful but less tourists. The activities are perfectly arranged and we didn’t get the rushing feeling as many visitors are experiencing. The boat is well maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food is delicious. If you like a cruise in a smaller group, this is the one to choose!

Our guide Hugh Grant / Hieu was fabulous. Great sense of humour, accommodated our group of 8 well. Cruise was terrific. Nice rooms. Good facilities.
