• Guests are required to pre-register with the cruise at least 7 days prior to arrival. The cruise requires the guest’s full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, and visa expiry date. The guests who do not register in advance before 11AM on check in date will not be boarded.

• Latest check-in time is at 12:00 at noon but will incur additional charges.
• Internet signals may be interrupted in some areas due to limestone surroundings.

• Infant under 4 years old stays for free if using existing bedding. Maximum infants allowed per room is 1.

We had a wonderful experience on this cruise! The food was fantastic—especially breakfast and dinner, which were absolutely delicious. Our room was quiet and well-equipped, with plenty of towels, soap, and everything we needed. The bathroom offered stunning views of Hạ Long Bay, and the terrace featured two lovely deckchairs—perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating; everyone we met was warm and welcoming. We also loved the live band at the Piano Lounge and only wished their performance had lasted longer.

Fantastic trip /food /staff Only downfall was tour guides continuing pushing in front of us for everything. Staff should have sorted this out .

Amazing cruise. Food was really good, excursions great, everything very well-organized and rooms clean. One of the best beds I have slept in! My vegan diet was accommodated.

We had a fantastic cruise, our bedroom room was amazing with the most comfiest bed. The staff looked after us so well and the food was exceptional!!! Great activities & entertainment. We enjoyed the spring roll making and tai chi in the morning. Highly recommended.

Everything. Pure luxury. The bedroom was great, nice firm bed, quiet, and no sea sickness…. The water is calm. The bathrooms are great with a good strong shower with plenty of hot water. The food choice was excellent as were the flavours.

The ship needs to be renovated. It is a little tired and dated . Paint chipped in places and not as clean as could be . The staff were wonderful and really welcoming and accommodating. The chef was brilliant .

The whole stay was generally pleasant and food was excellent. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Cabin was lovely with comfortable bed. However, for such pricing, I would expect a little more reasonable and elevated experience such as providing water for lunch/dinner at the restaurant instead of asking customers to retreat to room to obtain from the free bottles given. We ended up not having any drinks for the first meal due to standing by our principles, though we did order wine for the night.
