The property was beautiful, my room was gorgeous. The staff were incredible especially C and Ling. all the staff will do anything to help. I would highly recommend booking here and would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable rooms with lovely staff. The location is good - you can walk to restaurants and attractions easily enough, though keep in mind it isn’t ’amongst’ these places and you still have to walk 15-25 minutes. For what you pay, it is a great place to stay for a night or two.

The staff was excellent, very helpful - particularly Huy and Chiew who gave us advice, booked a boat trip for us and recommended restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area was really quiet but we liked that. The boat trip was only 50% full so we had lots of space.

very helpful staff at the reception, helped us booking a cruise trip and transportation out of Ha Long close to the beach & there is a playground next to the hotel (if you end up traveling with kids like we did).

Hotel facilities excellent and in excellent repair, especially considering the damage from the super typhoon only 2 months before. Staff couldn't be more helpful, including getting us breakfast when we turned up late for the official breakfast.

Superbe accueil, 24/7. We arrived at 5am in the morning by sleeper bus and we were well greeted. The room was clean and comfy.
