super clean modern facilities with attentive friendly staff who will cater to all bookings effortlessly, nice rooftop bar with harbour view tasty cocktails an drinks an great place for a in house pizza, breakfast is good altho can be slow.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay for 3 nights. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every manner. They have a very good restaurant serving pizzas plus a rooftop bar with nice cocktails and Shisha.

The city is quite sad, but this hotel is a little gem. The staff is very kind, and the place is modern but decorated with a lot of taste and attention to details. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and pleasant. Breakfast is generous, you can choose among several meals, not a lot of choices for végétarians but when I said that I didn't eat meat, they were nice enough to serve me something to replace bacon. I really recommend, the place is neat and we had a very deep rest on our way back from Cat Ba.

Viet who works in the reception helped me to get the room 2 hours before planned checking in, introduced attractions possibilities and helped with transportation and checking out.

Fantastic little boutique hotel, had a lot of character and the rooms were clean. Had a lovely rooftop bar, just a shame it was too cold to sit out there. The staff gave us great recommendations for a hike to view Halong Bay and the best local restaurants!

This feels like a boutique hotel, in the sense the room is not with a typical layout, and that it has some design elements to it. The room was nice, we got a small balcony with a nice side-view to Halong Bay. The restaurant on site is also good. Staff is friendly.
