The Aspire Cruise experience was truly amazing! The views were magical, and the staff provided excellent service, making us feel well taken care of throughout the journey. Our room was in great condition, offering comfort and relaxation. All the planned activities were fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment. The pickup service to Halong Bay was seamless and punctual, and our driver, Li, was wonderful. He made the 2.5-hour ride enjoyable and entertaining, and the pearl processing demonstration along the way was a fascinating highlight. The well-timed breaks allowed us to relax and stretch. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Aspire Cruise for an exceptional Halong bay trip!

The cruise is beautiful, very well maintained, clean and confortable. Staff were very kind and helpful, the food was amazing! We did the 2 nights 3 days and were happy with the decision. Highly recommended!

Nancy the tour manager was extremely helpful. She explained the tour, the itinerary and everything was done with precise timing. My wife is a vegetarian and they created a seperate menu for her. All the activities were well planned

Everything! - The facility is clean, new and well maintained. - The food was catered beautifully for all races with all varieties. As a Vietnamese, the flavours of Asian dishes are well seasoned with fresh ingredients. - The staff (all) on the cruises are super helpful and efficient in helping us unblocking the sink or set up the TV etc. Shout out to Ngan (I think she was the supervisor) for being attentive, lovely and easy to talk to throughout the trip.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and explained everything clearly. The room was exceptional and the food was delicious. The activities were well organised and everyone had a wonderful time. Halong Bay is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend!

The rooms were nice. The top deck with pool was nice. Very luxurious feel to the boat. Liked the bathtub with big window giving a view of the bay. The kayaking to light & dark cave was good (but a little rushed).
