From the initial booking process, until the end of the trip it was a seamless and easy process. Made so with the help of Anna from Alisa Cruises. The boat was maintain in extremely good condition, the rooms we got were beyond expectations and beautiful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food served throughout the cruise was superb and extremely tasty.
