The room was really really nice, we had 2 balconies all to ourselves. The breakfast was good as well, a good variety of food. The staff was really nice and welcoming, they helped us a lot whenever we had doubts on how to get to a place.

Liked the location,located right in Hallstatt,no problem in finding the location,reception kept in touch with me till i checked in,parking no problem, strong wifi,,overall was happy. Thanks.

Very good location near to funicular,bus station and tour ship station.Supermarket and restaurants nearby, Guest house was clean,spacious and had all basic facilities of a three-star hotel. We had a big corner room with two balconies,one offering a lake view.Towels were nice and soft.

We had a great stay at Pension Bergfried. The room was superb with a panoramic view and large windows, super fresh and well ventilated. The location was perfect, close to the salt mine and bus station. The hotel staff was extremely polite and welcoming. :)
