To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, we are unable to accept bookings from the general public.
🕒 Check-in Details > To ensure a smooth arrival, guests are kindly asked to provide their estimated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance. This can be added in the comments box when booking or sent directly to Kirk Lea’s email address, as listed in your confirmation email.
💳 Payment> Full payment for your stay is required in cash upon arrival.
🚗 Parking > On-street parking is available to the side of the property with permit access, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional pay-and-display parking with CCTV is conveniently located just opposite the house.🏡 Your Stay at Kirk Lea> You’ll be sharing the house with fellow doctors and nurses working at CRH, creating a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

The owner was so lovely and it was a pleasure speaking to her, I felt very welcome and comfortable almost immediately and the room was clean and very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay, I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return in the near future. Thank you so much for hosting us 😊

We loved our stay at the guest house. Felt like we are at home. Breakfast was great as well. Pearl was the most welcoming host we had ever encountered. Friendly and kind.
