Great location next to the VIA railway station, so convenient. Lovely to be able to walk out of the hotel along the boardwalk by the sea. Good breakfast.

We stayed for my birthday, staff were nice and left some complimentary cake in our room. Unfortunately we could not eat it due to dietary restrictions but it was a nice gesture nonetheless.

The location is prime if you want to explore Halifax or even Dartmouth. It is close to bus routes and close to the Atlantic Super Store that also has a NSLC. Plus the waterfront and Discovery Centre in eyes view. An indoor swimming pool (wish was deeper @4.2 feet). A park and playground across the street. We never ate at the restaurant on the Main level but it smelled and looked pretty good. There are many other places to eat within walking distance. Nice Lobby. Big parking lot. It was a wonderful experience!

The food was excellent and they even gifted me a free alcohol drink for my birthday! the food was well prepared and the staff were very accommodating! The sheets, duvet, pillows, towels- everything- was the best of the best! I couldn’t have been more comfortable! The robe was so soft even though it didn't fit perfectly as i am plus size. I had the pancakes for my breakfast and they were easily the best i’ve ever had! Cinnamon apples, Fresh fruit, Coconut whip cream! it was delicious!
