The room was miles away from reception and we let the hotel know in advance we would be arriving at 3am after a flight with two tired children, so hoped it would be an easier to find room or we could have at least been led to the room or supported with luggage. Breakfast was basic, had to request jam and Nutella and no pastries out (at 9.45- breakfast is served until 11am.) Sausages were lovely and waiting staff were friendly. Plenty of pillows in the room but mattress was very hard. Only 2 cups provided and there were 4 of us, and just coffee no tea bags. Floor zero smelt strange too; musty. This was our second stay at the hotel due to convenience of being near the airport and having a lovely pool area, but we didn’t get time to use the pool this stay and realised that’s our fave bit of the hotel so will probably not stay again because it’s not really value for money when you could pay for a travelodge or premier inn and get similar quality in all areas.

Good location for airport. Girl on front desk couldn’t answer a lot of my questions re shuttle bus, breakfast and room service. Some rooms are huge and comfortable, others smaller but still ok. Overpriced though

The location is good, close to the Manchester airport (they have a shuttle). There are two restaurants inside the hotel, both have good food.

Everything was perfect, we requested for early check in as we had our 4 year old child and they were able to accommodate. All staff were friendly, said hello when you bumped into them in the corridor and the hotel was clean and smelt nice. I loved how the Temp of the pool was perfect for young children, first hotel who have considered this.

We visited with our 9yr old and he loved the breakfast and Swimming pool. A great respite and thing to look forward to between 2 days of travels.
