Steven, Sarasa and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful while my partner and I were in Hakuba, they were so friendly and not only gave many insights on what’s good to do around town including food options and snowboarding, but they were always so engaged in conversation with us making us feel at home every day 🥹🫶🏻

It was a return visit for us and we wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Hakuba than here. Stephen and Sarasa run an excellent lodge with warm comfortable and homely feel. Staff were super friendly and everyone is helpful to make the best of your stay.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Great location- within walking distance of Happo and Echoland. We were greeted at the station and felt very welcome at the lodge by all the lovely staff. Room was really comfortable and we really enjoyed the onsen after skiing! Food was amazing throughout - thank you for the lovely breakfasts everyday. Wonderful family feel to the place with personal touches. Nice areas to chill out by the fire. Boot room was so good. Transfers to the resorts every morning and advice on conditions in each resort was extremely useful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and come again if we are in Japan!
