Enjoyed our stay at Seventh Heaven! The staff was very friendly and helped us get settled in Hakuba - helped us get our ski/snowboard rental. The facilities was just enough for our stay and the breakfast in the mornings was a bonus. Shuttle bus stop right outside the doorstep was also convenient for the mountains. Shoutout to Apple, Nita and MaoMao(not sure if correct spelling) who made us feel right at home 😊

Manager Apple is the best - often goes out of her way to help guests. Property is quiet, convenient, and great value for money

Free shuttle from train station was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate, cereal and bread was available. Staff were really helpful.
