It was a cozy and typical Japanese appartment at the mountain close to Happo One Ski Resort. The accommodation was very clean and it also had an Onsen.

This is my second vacation skiing in Hakuba. The hosts give me a warm place to stay. I will love to comeback in the future for sure. I'm from California.

The friendly staff made this traditional hotel experience exceptional. We were made to feel welcome and had a lovely meal at the hotel which took the pressure of us after a long days travel, and it was very tasty. Information about the transport and local facilities were offered and advice for first time skiers was super helpful.

Only 3 minute walk to Happo Sakka chairlift. Delicious breakfast .There is an extra drying room for skiing equipment.

We experienced traditional Japanese ryokan. The owners were so lovely and nice, spoke very well English.

It was a traditional ryokan experience. The location was rather good (5 min walk from the slopes) and the landlady was nice enough to pick us up at the JR Hakuba Station when we arrived. There is a restaurant within the property- which sells breakfast and dinner. The dinner featured a Japanese menu which was rather affordable considering the location

The staff was extremely helpful even picking us up from the Hakuba train station. The location was amazing being only 5 minutes walking to one of the lifts of Happo One ski field which gives access to all other lifts. The hotel was quite good and the room we stayed was quite big with a personal lounge and the bedroom for 4 people to stay comfortably well. The addition of taking showers in their onsen like bathrooms also helped a lot for us to relax after a "hard" skiing day. I definitely recommend staying here with all the lovely people that manage and work in this hotel.
