The fine print
To use the hotel's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Train Station, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Not far from the shops, restaurants or ski slopes. Great Onsen after skiing. Amazing Japanese Christmas Dinner.

Onsen is great, a view from balcony there is great. Good breakfast. Overall it was excellent stay.

We found the hotel clean and comfortable for our snow holiday. Beds were comfy, bathroom fresh, and always had clean towels The location was great, bus pick-up and drop off at the hotel for Hakuba 47 Resort and short walk to Nakayama Slope Happo One where you can swap your Epic pass. Happo bus terminal is only 10min walk which ran free bus to all the other resorts. Snow gear hire is at the hotel or at Spicy rental down the road is cheaper, you get 10% off if staying at Rosenheim. Spicy will pick up their gear at the end aswell instead of you having to return it. The Olympic Ski Jump is only a short walk past Nakayama Slope and only a few $ to experience the height. Lawson Conveinience store for snacks and treats is only 10min walk near Happo terminal and the Tap room and other bars not far. Friday night Japanese buffet dinner was awesome, Foot Bath Bar is great at the end of the day on Saturday, and we could watch the Happo One fireworks from our room. Onsen every day was incredible and absolutely necessary. The staff are really wonderful, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
