The villa was comfy and like a hotel room with all utilities. The staff was super responsive and helped us move to a different villa when our original villa had issues with the toilet not flushing.

It was such a lovely place. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Loved the interior. Host were very helpful with enquiries. We had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends :)

The staff were absolutely amazing! I left my Laptop on the train to Hakuba and they did everything they could to help me find it and get it back. They were so lovely and we appreciate their help in tracking it back for me. There English was great and was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was 10/10. Thank you so much again.

Staff went above and beyond to sort out transfer while all taxis and users were booked out! The villa M where we stayed was perfect as well! Full kitchen with everything you need

Within 10 mins drive you can reach most ski grounds in Hakuba. Convenience stores and supermarkets are minutes drive away. You have all you need in the property, very comfortable tatami / Futons, the house was kept very warm with efficient heating, even though it was -5c outside with heavy snow. The staff from Reposer kept close communication while did not disturb our privacy. It was deep winter with heavy snow - they cleared our drive way while we were out. Very considerate.

It was well-appointed with all the necessities to live there in a self-contained capacity. It was warm and dry so that our snow gear could dry out overnight. There was space outside so that the children could safely play in all of the snow.
