Very friendly staff, warm and comfortable, good breakfast. Short shuttle bus ride to Hakuba Goryu lifts, easy walk downhill in the afternoon.

The hosts are very nice people. The lodge is cozy and warm. Breakfast is good. Staff pickup and drop off us during arrival and departure. The surrounding area is super beautiful in snowy weather. Can walk to Goryu ski resort.

Our stay at Red Door Lodge in Hakuba was truly exceptional, thanks largely to the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and attentiveness that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with everything from ski rentals to local dining recommendations, ensuring our every need was met. The lodge itself is conveniently located near ski lifts and offers comfortable accommodations. The combination of great service, cozy rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere makes Red Door Lodge a must-visit for anyone traveling to Hakuba.
