Matt & Eri had definitely made the stay enjoyable. They gave us really good recommendations & when we had a medical emergency they gave their full support. We loved the variety of food for breakfast & how warm and cozy the lodge felt.

Staff went out of their way to assist as we had a large group including my parents and 3 young children. Lodgings were clean and comfortable, and it was very convenient - a close 5 minutes drive to the shops.

Great location for me. Super pretty location amongst the trees. Staff helpful and friendly. No probs with any questions. Very helpful. Convenient location to catch buses to the snow fields.

The room is cozy and clean with a picturesque view outside. Further, the service is exceptional. The staff are nice and attentive to your needs.

Super accomodating and assisted up with pick and transport to and from the lodge. Room was great size and clean. All the staff were great also. Will definitely be back here when we return to Hakuba.

Cozy hotel with kind staff. They think along and help with your plans and are willing to give you a ride. The staff is fluent in English. The rooms are large with soft beds. The bus to the ski areas is in front of the hotel.
