Property was fantastic and spacious for 8 of us. It was quite far out but the local team was exceptional in getting us about to the slopes, supermarkets, etc whenever we needed. Simply outstanding service!!

Awesome location and awesome support from Morino Chalets team in dropping us off to dinner reservation, helping out when a shuttle bus was missed to ski lesson and dropping us to the train station. Super friendly and helpful all round! Even the communication in the lead up to our stay was excellent.

Owner, Max is very friendly and kind. We were lost, and it was dark in the snowy day. Max came to find and lead us to the chalet. The chalet was spacious, clean and well equipped. Would recommend to my friends.

A very supportive and helpful staff. Erin has been very accomodating, transport us around the town, and has been advising us the attraction area. They are wonderful, chalet tip top, a lot of facilities made available.

Big house just right size for 7 of us. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything is great and clean. Good conversation with staffs. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

The location, chalet, facilities and comfort were all-round exceptional. The host was friendly and was also helpful to us all. Highly recommended to take a weekend or long stay here.

The location in the trees was amazing. Had all the utilies that were required for a family with teenage kids. Shower was great. Walking distance to Echoland and as we had a hire car it was easy access to the rest of what Hakuba had to offer. LOVE the place and will return again for more snow time.
