Breakfast was plentiful Staff were so friendly and helpful Loved that we were first pick up for the snow shuttle so had a seat for transfer The onsen was so lovely after a day skiing Would recommend

A few ski resorts shuttles stops outside the Hotel. Continental breakfast is really good. The rooms have a lot of space.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Organised our taxi to bus station for 6 people. Rooms were a great size. Ski bus very convenient in front of hotel. Good value for money.

The staff at hotel oak forest were very helpful. The outdoor onsen was beautiful with the snow falling. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast extensive.

ฺBreakfast is beyond my expectation. Staffs are nice. The hotel have both indoor and outdoor onsen. This was the first time for my to use outdoor Onsen. It's very impressive. For next visit to Hakuba, i will visit Hotel Oak Forest again for sure :)
