The staff were so friendly, they welcomed us, helped us up to our room and made sure we knew where we we going. Jun (?) on the front desk even helped us book our transport for the end of our stay. The kitchen staff were always welcoming and happy to say hello and talk about where they snowboard. The breakfast was a variety, but I loved the continental selection.

The breakfast was fantastic with the loveliest staff. They also picked me up from the bus stop which was fantastic as it was snowing quite hard at the time. Everything met exactly what I needed. Room was warm, quiet and cosy.

It was really convenient to get to the ski slopes. Everyone was very helpful! The room was spacious and clean.

JUN, was amazing, such a nice person and always helped us in time of need, he really tried to help anyway he could. They seem to have good system going and staff were lovely. He really went over and above. The Onsen is bonus, and I used that daily. Loved the quilts so comfortable.
